Tiger and Dragon Drum
The Tiger and Dragon:
This image was done on a Remo drum and incorporated multiple images. The tiger and its fierce stance show the roar of the drum. The dragon is talking to the tiger suggesting that she is the one with the power. The antelope, horses and symbols on the front represent the power nature has with its vibrancy. The sides are done with a special technique. The flames are from paint I created, cut and pasted on the outside of the drum to give it a slick look. The beginning process is started in black and white and then I keep adding layers of paint to create the final look. I also added stones to this one as well that are in line with the chakra colors.
